TIPS FOR LAWN CARE
Rake off leaves and debris. Start mowing. If moss is a problem apply moss killer.
Mow regularly. Feed lawn. Reseed bad patches.
Mow once a week. Feed with weed & feed.
Mowing can be increased. Spot spray lawn for weeds. Water if dry.
Mow regularly. Feed and water more often if dry.
Mow regularly and water. Your lawn should be immaculate at this stage.
Reduce mowing to once a week. Rake, spike and top dress with a sand & peat mixture. Feed with autumn feed.
Regular mowing is nearing an end. Cut grass at a higher setting. Carry out repairs, spike and top dress if not done in the previous month.
Final cut of lawn, keep lawn free of leaves. Keep off lawn if frost occurs.
Rake leaves. Keep off lawn if very wet or frozen.
Much the same as December.
If weather improves and gets milder, lawn care may begin. If weather is cold or very wet, leave cutting lawn till March.
